Itec Skills and Employment is proud to announce that it has successfully secured a contract from the Department Work & Pensions to deliver the Phase 1 of the Jobs Guarantee programme in Southeast and Southwest Wales.
The programme is designed to support people into sustainable employment by providing tailored training, employability support and access to job opportunities with local employers. Through this contract, Itec Skills and Employment will work closely with the Department for Work and Pensions and partner organisations to help individuals gain the skills, confidence and experience needed to succeed in the labour market.
This achievement reflects Itec’s strong track record in delivering high-quality employability and skills programmes, as well as its commitment to supporting communities and strengthening the Welsh economy.
Speaking on the announcement, Gareth Matthews, Director for Itec Skills and Employment said:
“We are delighted to have been awarded this grant by Department for Work and Pensions. The Jobs Guarantee programme aligns closely with our mission to empower individuals through skills and employment. We look forward to working with participants, employers and stakeholders to make a meaningful difference across Southeast and Southwest Wales.”
