Develop strong, dynamic leaders with this DfE-funded Leadership and Coaching Bootcamp from Itec Skills.

Created in collaboration with employers across the professional services sector, this Level 4 government-supported bootcamp is designed to upskill individuals and embed the principles of effective leadership and management (including coaching), expertise which is in demand across every industry.

This short, flexible Leadership and Coaching programme for lower, middle and aspiring managers living and working in the Greater London Authority helps professionals gain the confidence, self-awareness, and practical tools they need to lead teams effectively and drive business growth in just 16 weeks.
