This government funded leadership and coaching bootcamp is designed for new and emerging leaders.

Created in collaboration with employers across the professional services sector, this Level 4 government-supported bootcamp is designed to upskill individuals and embed the principles of effective leadership and management (including coaching), expertise which is in demand across every industry.

This flexible Leadership and Coaching programme for lower, middle and aspiring managers living and working in the Greater London Authority helps professionals gain the confidence, self-awareness, and practical tools they need to lead teams effectively and drive business growth.
