Jane is a coaching and occupational psychologist who supports individuals and organisations to achieve sustainable and values based high performance. She specialises in leadership and organisational development, culture and change, and coaching for both personal and professional growth. Jane has over 25 years of evidence-based consulting and coaching experience across the public, private, and third sectors.

Through a combination of consulting, facilitation, training, and one-to-one coaching, Jane enables established and emerging leaders to build both confidence and capability. She supports individuals to work more effectively with challenge and complexity, strengthening their ability to manage conflict, navigate organisational dynamics, enhance wellbeing, and maintain a healthy and sustainable work–life balance.

Jane also partners with leadership teams to develop how they think, work, and lead together, supporting leaders to become more reflective and effective in their decision-making, more open to challenge and diverse perspectives, and more intentional in how they operate.

Jane has a background in organisational change, culture, employee engagement, and continues to work in partnership with organisations on creating sustainable and healthy workplaces.
