Trainer | Equality & Respect at Work Specialist | Leadership Development Facilitator

 

Will supports organisations in building respectful, inclusive workplaces where people feel safe, valued, and able to thrive. He specialises in equality, diversity and inclusion, preventing harassment, and helping teams and leaders promote positive behaviour at every level.

Currently, Will is working closely with clients across sectors to prepare for the Worker Protection Act, focusing on strategies to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. He partners with senior leaders to set the tone from the top and empowers managers and staff with the knowledge, skills and confidence to challenge inappropriate behaviour and foster a culture of respect.

Will’s sessions are known for being lively, practical, and grounded in real workplace challenges. He demystifies law and policy, translating them into engaging, realistic scenarios that delegates can relate to and act on.
