Howard brings over two decades of international consulting, facilitation and coaching experience to his work in leadership, strategy, finance and organisational development. Drawing on a rich and varied background—ranging from Vice President of a U.S. software company to a VSO project lead in Uganda—Howard offers a unique perspective on management, change and governance.

He specialises in helping organisations navigate complexity and develop clear, confident strategies for change. Whether working with Boards, senior leaders or cross-functional teams, Howard focuses on practical tools and collaborative thinking that drive performance, accountability and meaningful outcomes.
