Service Centre Administrator

Location: Brynmenyn, Bridgend

Key function of role

This is a full-time office-based role, interfacing with a wide range of customers providing a high level of Customer Service of our coffee supplies and our Service and Repair services offered by the Cortile Group covering the whole of Wales along with the South of England and Central London. Assisting the Service Co-ordinator with calendar management by scheduling jobs in for our team of engineers to ensure that all installations, repairs and services are completed and invoiced in a timely manner including scheduling and route planning.

Roles and responsibilites:

• Meet and greet visitors at the Service Centre
• Keep Service Centre reception organised, clean and safe
• Deal with all Service Centre correspondence by phone and e-mail
• Booking in Service and Repair call-out requests from Commercial and Domestic customers
• Maintain Service calendar, ensuring information is UpToDate and accurate
• Liaising with Service Engineers when required including chasing up outstanding job sheets
• Taking card payments over the phone and face to face.
• Timely Invoicing Customers and Service Partners
• Book in Domestic Machine repairs when received into Service Centre
• Track progress of workshop machines keeping customer UpToDate
• Keep accurate records of Service Centre activities
• Assist Service coordinator with all other day to day administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Service Department 

Essential Experience and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and e-mail
• Highly organised
• IT Literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft products
• Ability to take direction well and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to multitask


Desirable

• Experience in Customer Service or relevant role
• Excellent administrative skills with relevant experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Experience with managing schedules and ensuring timely delivery of services
