Entry-Level Administrator

Location: Office Based, Merthyr Tydfil, CF48 2AX

Employer: IR Energy 

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Roles and responsibilites:
  • Handling incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department

  • Managing general office administration tasks

  • Organising and maintaining diaries and schedules

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in our shared inbox

  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records

  • Filing, scanning and document management

  • Preparing basic reports, spreadsheets and correspondence

  • Supporting the team with day-to-day operational tasks

  • Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels

  • Assisting with customer follow-ups and appointment confirmations

  • Maintaining a tidy and organised office environment

  • Supporting onboarding or basic HR admin tasks (where needed)
