Entry-Level Administrator

Roles and responsibilites:

Handling incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department

Managing general office administration tasks

Organising and maintaining diaries and schedules

Answering phone calls and responding to emails in our shared inbox

Data entry and maintaining accurate records

Filing, scanning and document management

Preparing basic reports, spreadsheets and correspondence

Supporting the team with day-to-day operational tasks

Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels

Assisting with customer follow-ups and appointment confirmations

Maintaining a tidy and organised office environment

Supporting onboarding or basic HR admin tasks (where needed)
