Roles and responsibilites:

Lead Generation & Outreach (Primary Focus)

• Research and build lists of target businesses and decision-makers using LinkedIn
• Support outreach to potential podcast guests and prospective clients
• Manage responses and maintain organised records of outreach activity
• Assist with booking calls and managing calendars

Content & Marketing Support

• Assist in writing blog posts and website content (with guidance)
• Support the creation and scheduling of email newsletters
• Help with general marketing tasks and campaign support

Podcast & Video Content Production (Training Provided)

• Assist with editing podcast episodes and short-form video content
• Support content repurposing for social media
• Learn industry tools and software for video and audio editing

Social Media Support

• Assist with posting and scheduling content across platforms
• Support the repurposing of content into short-form social media clips

Internal Systems & Administrative Support

• Assist with basic CRM updates and data organisation
• Support simple marketing workflows and internal processes (training provided)
