Roles and responsibilites:

• Be a Companion: Provide emotional support and understanding to enhance our Customers’ well-being.
• Personal Care: Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, always prioritizing dignity.
• Mobility Support: Help Customers with mobility challenges, offering assistance with aids and personal equipment.
• End-of-Life Care: Offer compassionate support to Customers who are reaching the end of their journey.
• Engagement Activities: Promote mental and physical wellness by engaging Customers in conversations, outings, and enjoyable activities like reading and hobbies.
• Domestic Duties: Take care of household tasks, including making beds and general cleanliness.
• Laundry Assistance: Support with laundry needs, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
• Documentation and Training: Participate in meetings, training, and report writing to continually enhance your skills and care methods.
• Advocate for Independence: Encourage Customers to maintain their autonomy and make their own choices.
• Safety & Support Plans: Identify risks and actively record support plans to help minimize challenges they face.
• Collaborative Communication: Engage with Customers, their families, and advocates to ensure their needs and preferences are met.
• Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities for professional development through mandatory training and skill enhancement.

Requirements:

• A full driving license and access to your own car is preferred, enabling you to travel comfortably to our Customers.
• A genuine desire to foster meaningful connections and provide compassionate care.
