Business/Office Administrator

Roles and responsibilites:
As a Business / Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the head office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support across the business.
This is a varied role that will develop over time, offering the opportunity to grow within the position as the business and your experience evolve.
Front Of House
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately
- Welcome visitors, customers, and suppliers in a professional manner
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains presentable
- Administration
- Carry out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is stored correctly
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
- Fleet Administration
- Assist with the administration of company vehicles, including taxing vehicles and maintaining records
- Monitor key dates and ensure compliance requirements are met
- General Support
- Provide day-to-day office support to ensure smooth business operations
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as required by management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of office processes
