Administration Assistant
Location: Swansea
Employer: Truck and Plant Asset Management Ltd
Key Duties:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with enquiries
- Coordinating collection of sold vehicles with buyers and clients
- Preparing and sending release notes and payment confirmations
- Scanning, filing, and organising vehicle documents
- General admin duties including managing mail and supporting the office team
Full training and support however will be provided
Ideal for someone with:
- Good organisation and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
