Administration Assistant

Location: Swansea

Employer: Truck and Plant Asset Management Ltd

Key Duties:
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with enquiries
  • Coordinating collection of sold vehicles with buyers and clients
  • Preparing and sending release notes and payment confirmations
  • Scanning, filing, and organising vehicle documents
  • General admin duties including managing mail and supporting the office team

Full training and support however will be provided

 

Ideal for someone with:
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
