Admin Assistant – Fire Door Division
Location: Unit F2B Southpoint Industrial Estate, Foreshore Road, Cardiff, CF10 4SP

This is a varied and rewarding role within a well-established, Cardiff-based business that is now part of the Senseco Group. With over 30 years’ experience in the Automation, Fire & Security industry, we continue to grow and expand our Fire Door Division.
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team to support this continued growth. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple tasks in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Roles and responsibilites:
- Assisting the Manager and Deputy Manager with general administrative duties
- Data input and maintaining accurate records across internal systems
- Managing and tracking PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) quotes
- Handling incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries appropriately
- Assisting with scheduling, job updates, and project administration
- Supporting the preparation and submission of quotations within agreed timescales
- Maintaining organised documentation and filing systems
- Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and clients as required
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internal systems
- Good communication skills (phone and email)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional and reliable approach
Desirable
- Experience within construction, fire safety, or engineering environments
- Experience using job management or CRM systems
