Exploring ADHD at work

This half-day workshop has been developed to give managers and individual contributors the opportunity to speak openly and learn about neurodiversity at work with a specific focus on ADHD. By looking at research, best practice, and stories from those with lived experiences we will build an interactive workshop that looks at ADHD positively, and holistically.

    Course Outline

This half-day workshop has been developed to give managers and individual contributors the opportunity to speak openly and learn about neurodiversity at work with a specific focus on ADHD. By looking at research, best practice, and stories from those with lived experiences we will build an interactive workshop that looks at ADHD positively, and holistically.

This session starts with language and awareness building and then we look at different examples of strengths, communication needs, energy management, workplace challenges, and ways in which we can all create an inclusive environment.

With an emphasis on curiosity and kindness the workshop will create spaces for learners to talk openly about what they know, what they want to learn, and deepen their approaches to create a more neuro-inclusive workplace.
