This course cover these four key topics
- Creating strong relationships: How to develop and grow strong relationships with people in the workplace using the JOHARI model.
- Developing a personal brand: The importance of personal brand. Consider how to make changes to your personal brand.
- Networking: Carry out a personal networking audit and build a networking strategy.
- Influencing skills: How to develop personal influencing skills by exploring strategy, influencing style, interpersonal skills and psychology.
