Created in collaboration with employers across the professional services sector, this Level 4 government-supported bootcamp is designed to upskill individuals and embed the principles of effective leadership and management (including coaching), expertise which is in demand across every industry.

This short, flexible Leadership and Management programme for London and the home counties helps professionals gain the confidence, self-awareness, and practical tools they need to lead teams effectively and drive business growth in as little as 8 weeks.

Government-Funded Training

Funded by the Mayor of London and the Department for Education (DfE) under the UK Government’s Skills for Life campaign, employers can access funding for up to 90% of the cost.

That means you can access high-quality leadership and management training for a fraction of the usual cost — helping your business build future-ready leaders without the financial barrier.

From as little as £300 for eligible employers.
