Key function of role

To provide friendly and efficient service to café customers, assist in food and drink preparation, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café.

Roles and responsibilites:

• Take customer orders and handle payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of café areas and equipment.
• Restock supplies and assist with deliveries.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Provide excellent customer service

Essential Experience and Skills

• Friendly and approachable manner.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy periods

Desirable

•  Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
• Barista or Hospitality experience
