Strategies are usually created with the best intentions but all too often fail to be implemented effectively.

This course focuses on strategic implementation and how to develop a strong team capable of delivering that implementation. It also explores some blockers that may stop strategy being implemented such as organisational culture. You will be provided with practical tools and frameworks and allowed time to reflect on your own business’s capability to implement strategy…highlighting gaps and crafting solutions.

    This course cover these three key topics

    • Building a high performing team The elements of a high performing team and using a diagnostic to assess the “health” of a team. Assessing how their own team can be improved.
    • Creating the right culture
      What culture is and where it comes from and understanding the link to motivation. The section includes the opportunity to explore motivational drivers and how they can be used in the workplace.
    • Coaching the team to deliver
      The concept of coaching to ensure the team is capable of successfully delivering agreed strategies.
