Role and Responsibilities Summary

• Loading and unloading of the van
• Ensuring deliveries are placed in the loading bay for the following day.
• Communicating with the supervisor to ensure collection/delivery paperwork corresponds to system
• Completion of paperwork
• Cleanliness of the van both cab and rear
• Sorting, arranging and cleaning of furniture / equipment
• Assisting customers with purchases to their vehicles
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Answering the phone
