Recruitment Resourcer / Admin Assistant
Location: Bridgend (Office-based)

Hours of Work: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)

Role and Responsibilities Summary
Recruitment Resourcer Duties:
- Assist with sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews
- Schedule interviews and confirm candidate availability
- Maintain regular contact with candidates and support them through the registration and onboarding process
- Conduct candidate compliance checks (e.g. Right to Work, DBS, references)
- Support the recruitment team with shortlisting and placing candidates into temporary roles
- Keep accurate and up-to-date candidate records using our recruitment CRM system
Admin Assistant Duties:
- General office admin including answering phones, managing emails, scanning, and filing
- Assist in preparing candidate packs and compliance documentation
- Maintain office supplies and assist with day-to-day organisation
- Support with posting job adverts and updating social media when required
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team as needed
