Recruitment Resourcer / Admin Assistant

Location: Bridgend (Office-based)

Employer: Royal Educare

Hours of Work: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)

Salary: National Minimum wage

Role and Responsibilities Summary

Recruitment Resourcer Duties:

  • Assist with sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews
  • Schedule interviews and confirm candidate availability
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates and support them through the registration and onboarding process
  • Conduct candidate compliance checks (e.g. Right to Work, DBS, references)
  • Support the recruitment team with shortlisting and placing candidates into temporary roles
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date candidate records using our recruitment CRM system

Admin Assistant Duties:

  • General office admin including answering phones, managing emails, scanning, and filing
  • Assist in preparing candidate packs and compliance documentation
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with day-to-day organisation
  • Support with posting job adverts and updating social media when required
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team as needed
