Location: Newport Road, Cardiff

Role and Responsibilities Summary
- Answering phone calls and emails in a polite, professional way
- Booking and helping organise appointments and meetings
- Creating and updating spreadsheets and other simple documents
- Organise and maintain digital and paper filing systems
- Supporting the team with admin tasks and day-to-day office duties
- Assisting with small projects related to property and building work
- Spotting problems and helping find solutions to keep things running smoothly
- Asking questions and using your initiative to get things done
Skills
- Digitally savvy with good computer skills (familiar with Microsoft suite, Word, Excel and email etc.)
- Good English grammar and numeracy skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Confident speaking on the phone and writing clear emails
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
