Junior Administrator

Location: Newport Road, Cardiff

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week

Role and Responsibilities Summary
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a polite, professional way
  • Booking and helping organise appointments and meetings
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets and other simple documents
  • Organise and maintain digital and paper filing systems
  • Supporting the team with admin tasks and day-to-day office duties
  • Assisting with small projects related to property and building work
  • Spotting problems and helping find solutions to keep things running smoothly
  • Asking questions and using your initiative to get things done

Skills

  • Digitally savvy with good computer skills (familiar with Microsoft suite, Word, Excel and email etc.)
  • Good English grammar and numeracy skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Confident speaking on the phone and writing clear emails
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
