Reverse mentoring: One-day workshop

  • Master the art of reverse mentoring in one day
  • Mix of theory and practical exercises for proven success

Reverse mentoring means that both individuals will have skills, knowledge, expertise and individual strengths that have value and provide a different perspective. The one-day workshop will primarily focus on reverse mentoring in terms of more established and senior colleagues and younger colleagues (in terms of career experience and age).

Globally, umbrella terms such as Baby Boomers, Millennials, and Older Adults are used to help map attitudes and mind-sets and the different ways individuals may experience technology, communication, identity, and the world of work.
