    Course Outline

We all know that conflict is part of life and is present in all workplaces to some degree. The two main types of conflict are short term, often one-off situations such as dealing with an angry client, or longer term, often on-going situations, such as working with a colleague you find difficult. This session is designed to explore different types of workplace conflict and appropriate strategies for dealing with conflict in an effective and positive way.
