FREE Bite-Sized Webinar – Workers Protection Act 2025
IMPORTANT: The Worker Protection Act (2024) has introduced a new duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
This significant change means that employers need to shift their approach from being reactive to being preventive, creating an environment in which sexual harassment is less likely to happen in the first place.
Employers should give urgent thought to their approach to policies and practices, the culture of the workplace and the training of managers and staff to comply with this law.
This bite-sized webinar will give you the essential knowledge you need to start this process.
Duration: 45 minutes
This webinar will be held online via Teams. A link will be sent to you 3-5 days before the event. Please contact us if you do not receive this.
